Can you enter into an IVA if unemployed

CAN YOU RECIEVE A IVA IF YOU ARE UNEMPLOYED ?? ANMD OPNLY RECIEVING FUNDS FROM FAMMILY AND LOOKING FOR WORK.

Hi
You will need to be in work to consider an IVA,unless you can raise a lump sum from family etc and offer a full and final settlement to your creditors.

If your relatives are prepared to fund ongoing IVA payments for you indefinately, until you find work, then I see no reason for you not to proceed. Your IP will need a letter of undertaking from your family pledging the monies.
