Hi again
What bizarre advice! And you must really stop thinking those darkest thoughts as there is a simple way out of this. An IVA based upon payments of £400 per month (I assume this is taking into account your new earnings?) ought to work, and I would have no problem in presenting that to your creditors. If you would like me to represent you, please contact me via my website, filling in my information questionnaire firstly.
You need to focus upon your move to Canada and the way forward for your family. I am quite envious, as I have twice been to Canada skiing in the Rocky Mountains, and the quality of life out there seems very appealing! One think you will have to be able to provide is an income and expenditure statement based pon your new earnings and new expenditure - so research into Canadian living costs is an absolute must. Has the employer offered you a relocation package?
