Glad she's ok Carole. I'm £37 lighter after Topsy had her jabs today and she has to go and be spayed in August and have a scale and polish as well as she's got a lot of plaque in her back teeth - wouldn't mind but she's only 2!

Have to start saving the pennies now!

What a relief she's home in one piece. A good nights sleep and am sure she will be much better tomorrow.

Choc lab rushed to vets after suddenly being unsteady on his back legs! Staying the night and we are frantic with worry!

Oh no all these poorly pets, it is a huge worry when they ill, if only they could tell us and we could help them that way. Our cat suddenly stopped eating at christmas and vet gave him anti-depressant. Spoke to parents who mentioned furballs and after giving him the paste it did the trick....what a waste of vet visit.

Hope all the poorlies are ok, fingers crossed x

At least he can come home - hopefully the painkillers and rest will do him some good and he'll be fighting fit again soon.

Fingers crossed Jan. I hate it when pets are in pain but it sounds like the dog may have twisted awkwardly when son and his friends were playing with him(they are 14),but he was fine for a few hours then twisted again getting up off laminate floor. Vets are pleased with him so hoping its a one off and no surgery or anything required.

Thank god for insurance though. Anyone who is proposing an IVA that has pet insurance think carefully about allowing creditors to tell you to cancel it!!!
