it stopped me going over the edge,no joke. for one fleeting dark moment i thought i couldn't cope.....
thanfully with support from here we got help,things do get better[:)]
hope you've not got carpet MrsR,your meeting day will ware it out! we'll all be there with you too[;)]
come on GT,the blobby support team are here on mass

If it was me I would be ringing again and explaining how I am feeling - try not to get fobbed off by the customer service team you speak with and ask to speak with your IP direct.

Started IVA 27th Feb 2012 - Due to complete 27th Jan 2018 !!
Full & Final submitted and accepted 30th March 2015, paid 10th April 2015 - 3 yrs 1 month into IVA
Completion Certificate received- 30th April 2015!!
