This is the latest

Bearing in mind or completion cert is dated 28th june 2012

From my ip

Hi

I have chased my agents again and I'm not in a position to respond fully until I have this information.

In broad terms I have asked my agents to confirm that I am not able to pursue a claim for PPI which means that I can satisfy my obligations to creditors in this regard and take steps to cease to act.

Kind regards

Ridiculous. With the emails saing we don't have to claim firmly with our solicitor I wish tey would just stop messing about so I can get on with either our nxt stepp or inforning my husbands employer.....in the words of my mother "oh my days!"!!!!

Ask them why they issued a Certificate of Completion when your case had not been properly finalised, and on what authority. A Certificate without the case being closed seems to me a complete waste of time unless the Insolvency Register can be updated - which t can't without a final report being filed

Hello melanie I have asked tat and it has been ignored. No ne at dfd is answering any questions as to why they did what they have. I have asked how they can say the above when the certificate dated 28th june clearly says they have ceased to act. :/ really annoying. No one at all at dfd is answering questions. Seem to have their own agenda. My solicitor cannot act until we have an amswer and this answr nees to appear now before the post gets filled. Thanksa for your support mel.x

I am so sorry that you are suffering, and wish there was something more I could do to help. I so hope that your husband does not lose his job over this.

If anything I hope this enlightens people to the "ways of eif" and in this case "dfd" really disappointed. They give you their word and it counts for nothing.

Just caught up again with this Gina - I hope the agent has got in touch and that you've got an answer.

I think this is really bad.

Keep getting "we are doing what we can" I have complained to where I can but some places I can't get answers or emails to contact. My solicitor is waiting for the answer so he can act to no avail....another day lost 6 daysto go tomorrow
