I hate to see people being gazumped when they have made a good offer for a property - it happened to me when I bought my current property - especially when you have had to shell out for legal costs. Give my team a call tomorrow to explain what has happened, and if you need to miss any payments we will understand. Some people are just too greedy - and at times like this I do wish we followed the Scottish system of buying property more - where gazumping is not allowed once an offer has been accepted.
