Well my variation meeting is tomorrow morning at 10am, hopefully my creditors will agree to me cashing in a failing endowment plan and allowing me to keep some of the money ... they will get most of it and will get an increase in my money payments so it sounds like a good option for them.
Was just going over my paperwork for tomorrow and was a bit concerned that my IP has stated my IVA may fail if they don't agree, thought that was a bit strong but I'm safe hands and trust him.

Hi and good luck for tomorrow. Your iva won't fail as long as you continue with the payments and give the creditors whatever they ask for from the endowment. xx
Thanks everyone, well the meeting was at 10am, I've phoned and am waiting for a call back .... gave up smoking 3yrs ago and today for the first time I want a ciggie !! lol In the meantime I'm sitting by the phone.

My variation meeting has happened and its all been approved ! I'm soooooo pleased, thanks everyone for your support its been worth its weight in gold. Without this site and great members I really don't know how I would have coped, THANKS ! xxxx
