Hello all, sorry it has been so long.. I recently resigned from my job and have already instructed a solicitor in relation to constructive dismissal so my mind is quite full with all that.... I am desperatly searching for another job so that i dont miss an IVA payment. Would any monies I won from the court case have to go to the IVA?
so sorry to hear your news after everything you went through to get your iva through. I would certainly talk with your IP (I beleive its ClearDebt)and keep them up to date with your situation. Hope things work out for you.

Have let Cleardebt know the situation but was still able to make my payment this month.. if i can get another job in time i should be able to pay next months as well
I really hope you can get a job sorted I know you put a lot of effort into getting yourself on the road to debt freedom and choose a fantastic company to help you and here I was thinking I was the only one still posting on the forum. Good luck and please keep us up to date, fingers crossed for you.

Oh dear sorry about all that, it doesnt sound nice at all.
I hope you get something else soon. As far as handing money over is concerned I understand that any monies claimed through loss of earnings are nabbed but anything paid for suffering or mental damage etc isnt.
What a shame when your IVA has only recently been accpeted. Were the work related problems in existence at the time you entered into the IVA, and did you discuss your concerns with your IP in terms of the longevity of your employment with that firm?
If you are awarded compensation, and have started a new job in the meantime, the monies will have to be handed over as a windfall.
