Any circumstances where the future of the IVA continuing is at serious risk. The more dire the reasons the more likelyhood of being accepted.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

If you have no surplus income left creditors will usually allow the IVA to close down. Serious or terminal illness will also normally be acceptable reasons for closure based on payments to date.

There are no specific circumstances - every IVA is unique. What is your position?
