I'm always open to try new books etc., very limited in my own choice and realise I need to explore more authors.

New year I'm going to try and read more.

I never used to watch DVDs but we've just got a blu ray player and the picture quality is so much better even on standard DVDs so I've watched a few now.

I must admit I don't use the library as I only like the books when they are brand new - a lot of the books I've had have been a bit grubby! I'm a book snob!

Our library isn't worth going in such a tiny limited thing, hardly worth it being open and think more people use for internet accessibility than taking out books.

I do own and read books for my degree but that's finishing in May/June and believe me I'll sell them on and once I get more time will definitely explore new authors to read.

If you are into Sci-fi type books, and comedy I have just read one by a new author Nils Derrick, called Smile and Flush away. It is a laugh out loud read. You can buy it as a hard copy, Kindle or Kobo book. I loved it
If life is what you make it, I must have been in a strange mood when I made mine

Just having a little look around and it looks good, especially the cheap books section. Bookmarked it!

Nectar points seem to take ages to build up. Clubcard points I try to save but end up splurging on a treat for myself like some Krispy Kremes lol.

Tesco Clubcard now does a Christmas Saver scheme, where you sign up and they save your vouchers until just before next Christmas. You can also top up when you shop -- they will add £6 if you top up £100 plus during the year or £3 for £50 top up.

Oooh Foggy I did not know that. I'll do that and top up when I somehow how a few quid left over. It's a good idea from them as they lock you in on your Xmas shop and the customer gets a safe way of saving for Xmas and a nice little bonus!

I just do my surveys and save all of the points up until close to Christmas, send off for them and that's what everyone gets for Christmas.

Well the Kindle is ordered and I still have £13 left on my account in vouchers so will be treating myself to some books when it comes.
