My IVA was set up over 2 years ago, I notice on looking at the agreement that Barclays Bank do not appear on the final agreement, though originally listed in my statement of affairs for the IVA, I had a business overdraft with them and a loan.

It looks as if they did not contest the IVA. I did receive a few statements with interest showing on them which I sent on to my IVA administrator but have not had anything recently. I am worried that they will come back to me at a later date after the IVA has finished and try to claim the debt then. Can they do this once the IVA is over?

If they were listed on the IVA they are bound by the term whether they claim or not. You have nothing to be worried about and this will be resolved between your IP and Barclays.
