Hi Sparklywatcher,
Good luck for your meeting tomorrow. Mine is also tomorrow so perhaps a double celebration [:D]
Tele2002, hoping you also have a good result on Wednesday to make it a good start to the week.
Begining to wish I was off tomorrow now [:(] Had a bad start to today and was called in to my Directors office as he was advised that I have applied for an IVA. I was totaly mortified and I had a lot of explaining to do while being very red faced - Just one of the down sides of having a mortgage through work!
Still, I still think it's all for the best if it goes well tomorrow. Nice bottle of wine put aside just in case [;)]

Hi, thanks for the good wishes. Looks like this is another busy week with Sparklywatcher, tele2002, Loneranger, myself and probably a few others all up for review.
Are all the IP's clearing their desks ahead of the summer holidays? [8D]
Paul, he was very understanding thanks. Don't expect it to be an issue as my contract and employee handbook make no provisions for being on an IVA. However he told me that personel will need to complete a risk assessment - As I'm in IT I can't see it being an issue. [:)]
Cheers
Andy

Risk assessment - do those people think you will risk jail on top of evrything else. Really gets my goat when current and ex IVA people are implied to be dishonest or or thought they might be.

Exactly David!
They should be able to work out that if I was dishonest then I would not be needing an IVA [:D]
Seriously though, I think they are just trying to satisfy some FSA requirements. Hopefully no harm done and perhaps it is for the best that they appreciate my situation.
