This happened to us, we got a letter off our IP with a new debt and asked if we were happy for it to be added. We had never heard of the company the debt was with and had included everyone within our original paperwork. We said that it shouldnt be included. Next thing we get a note saying th IP was happy we owed the money and had stuck it in our IVA!!!!!! Ultimately it makes no difference to us if its included it just dilutes the end dividends but it wasnt our debt in the first place...

Well I'm having a blinding week. I received my decree absolute, quickly followed by my certificate of completion, only 2 weeks after FJ received my final wage slip. Might be worth a punt on the lottery(at least I'll be allowed to keep any winnings). Single & solvent whoop! whoop!

Fresh start all round, Dave. My Absolute came through a couple of weeks ago and I am due to get the IVA and defaults off my credit files over the Christmas period -- so 2017 is going to be a whole NEW year.

Best of luck.
