3D TV is something that doesn't interest me at all. I'm happy with my HD tv at the moment!!

Oh I'd love 3D - but I love all technology. Day of my bro's wedding I took my PC tower to my son who has now fixed it all perfectly for me and retrieved all data which the shop wanted to charge £90 for! he's a little star!
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Morning!
Im not fussed over the 3d tv either though the kids would love it. I'd just like a 42 or 46 flat screen hd one! I'm saving my shopping vouchers up to try n get one, but i keep on thinking of other things at the mo.

A laptop would be great too, my tower is very tired very old plus the space it takes up gets on my nerves!
Final IVA payment made in April 2013, never ever thought we could do it or get through it but we did! X

Ps: just thought of something else! Would love a new sofa suite, ours is a hand me down & it's very uncomfortable n shabby, have to put throws over it when we get visitors as it's embarrassing! :( plus only room for 4 to sit n soon there will be 5 of us!

Lyns - have you looked on Freecycle to see if anyone has a suite going?

I've been scratching and saving for a 32" LCD TV ... I guess I'll be able to afford one around the middle of November as long as nothing major crops up in the meantime

Got to much on in my mind at the mo & I just don't know what I need to concentrate on first! Not sure if it's a nesting thing n I'm looking at everything n it's either gotta go or needs painting!!!

We went to the Sky hospitality area at the O2 Arena a few months ago and I have to say I wasn't impressed with 3D - I found it gave me a headache and I only watched it for a short time.

I'm sorry but I don't find the comment about London funny - people have lost everything, and the riots were getting a bit to close for my liking.

Can't remember the last time I went to London and 3d doesn't impress me at all1

I agree with Skippy that the comment about London wasn't funny at all. She doesn't live that far away from there and having read Quarks comments earlier I'd be frightened to death if I could see what was happening there.

Thankfully it doesn't affect me at all where I live but it must be awful if you live near there.

So many houses, businesses, cars etc gone up in smoke and they are just mindless yobs intent on theft.

Unfortunately it was getting closer to me - Ealing isn't that far and I was planning on going there at the weekend but that's on hold now!

I feel so sorry for the people directly affected by this. I saw an interview with 2 brothers who's business had been burnt down in Croydon. It had been in the family for 5 generations and now it's gone. How do you restart from that? It really puts everything into perspective.

I heard that interview on the radio this morning and felt really sorry for them.

I see it's spread to Wolverhampton now as well - could be across the whole country soon.
