We were up at seven this morning as hubby has gone to his daughters to help her with her floor - not that she'll be grateful though!

Dogs are walked, washing out to dry and more in the dryer. Just got to go the post office and that's me done for the day!

How I like to be Jan, organised but now I'm getting anxious inside as he's festering in bed!
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I get annoyed when mine lies stinking in his pit! I'm always the first up, take him a coffee and then have to wait while he gets into gear.

I normally end up shouting up the stairs to tell him to get up!

I`ve not had a chance to get to bed yet after getting in from my nightshift, I took my chocolate Lab for a good run then popped into town to do some bits and bobs...The dog`s fast asleep on the settee now!!!
I`m just going to mow the back garden then I think I`ll settle down for a good day`s footie...The championship playoff then the Champion`s League Final, may just have a few tinnies too whilst I can still afford `em[:D]

The phone calls! MBNA I've found are the worst, daily they ring up and daily I tell them my proposal is being written up and a meeting with my IP is not too far away 'I'll make a note on your account to that effect' comes the response. The following day another phone call, I've had enough and have now started ignoring the calls. We changed our landline number to avoid the calls and now anyone that's not in my contacts list on my mobile doesn't get answered.
They've had letters and been told the same thing over the phone probably 15 times or more now (I have a lot of patience) but enough is enough. The next correspondence they get is when Melanie and her team call the creditors meeting. I've no problem that they understandably want their money but to keep ringing daily just to get the same old spiel from me is ridiculous.

They're hoping that they can wear you down and that you will pay them something. They're all on commission in the call centres and need to bump their pay up.

i tried to ignore them until they threatened to send some one round to our house, two of them started calling me at work which was really embrassing , barclays did send someone round one friday night about 8pm he asked for my my wife i told him she wasnt in said he would call back, which left us on edge, but the most annoying part was barclays who rang for 3 weeks after our iva was accepted.

You were very unlucky there Micawber. It is most unusual for anyone to turn up.

Barclays rang me on the date of my acceptance and never bothered me afterwards thankfully.
