In all probability they will be added to the final sum. I didn't experience that particular dilemma as I entered a payment break at the same time as proposing the variation on payments made to date.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Interesting! I only ask because i recieved a copy of my variation today and it says on it the settlement includes the amount already paid, gift of 4k plus one payment of my monthly payment which would have been januarys payment, but im kept paying february aswell so wondering if that will be added too! If it does get added its no bother to me! In my eyes its already payed in to them! Hopefully they'll instruct me when to stop the payments if its a yes! 10 days to go! :-| x

Thanks Sarah - I have had my meeting with my FA this morning and I have not yet received any information. Can you chase for me so I can get this sent over to him, I also emailed the PPI team contact I had but again heard nothing from him either.

surprise surprise - lack of communication strikes again, I requested some information at lunchtime on the 28th that I needed for a meeting with my FA for Monday morning as I was reassured by Sarah (see earlier post) that it would be with me, and here it is at 3pm and no information, so another day wasted at a cost to me for his time! I wonder if I add up what it has cost me in calls and appointment whether or not they will give me a credit to the cost!

So my f&f meeting was to be held today at 11am. I know it's only mid day now but I still haven't hearing anything... Wondering how long the meeting takes and when I'm likely to hear back?! Seeing as they've had 30 days to mull it over already I thought it would be like a little vote! Lol I'm working nights and can't sleep for worry about this! Anyone got any idea how long the dreaded call is likely to be?

Hi Charlee

Don't know if its coincidence but my meeting is for 11am on 28th, wonder if they do them all at same time, so it might not just be yours they are discussing, I am working on the surmise that it will take as long as the original IVA set up meeting which was approx. an hour, still got everything crossed for you, keep us updated.

Hi guys,
It all depends when the cut off is, I've been informed by my firm that they have a mid day cut off and any votes received after that time are not counted.

I was also advised that the firm will contact me mid afternoon with the outcome via a phone call and then followed up with the report being sent our via email.
No news is good news :-) Think positive. Keep us posted
**23'04'14 - IVA Complete F&F Agreed with payments made to date oh and a fat PPI reclaim helped too. Completion Certificate received 23'10'14 ** After a couple of years of waking up and 'surviving' the day I now wake up and 'Live' for the day!!
**Any comments I make are purely my own opinions**

Thanks guys! I will try and get a bit of sleep then if it's likely to be a bit longer! If I haven't heard by 4pm I shall start chasing them! The wait is killing me! Lol I've been patient for a whole 30 days already!! Haha x

Hi Charlee,

I understand you're anxious to know the outcome. It can take a few hours after the meeting time to count all votes and verify everything.

I will speak to the team though and ask them to get in touch as soon as they can.

I hope that helps.

Sarah
