Back on the phone to freeman jones today... they sent me back my mums bank statement and still no sign of my december payslip! bit disappointed about that, usually they all come back together! waiting months for it!.
Whats a bit more concerning though is i asked the representative when i can expect to get my February payment back as it wasn't included in my F&F and apparently i'd had a reminder set that hadn't been actioned to refund it to me! :-/ I thought once i'd got the completion certificate that would say this is completed! i'm very confused! so she's refunded that to me now, so hopefully should get that back soon! Just this blooming payslip! I think they've lost it! i'm going to be a bit angry about it if they have! i've been chasing for months about this blooming payslip, if it was lost or there was a problem, they could have just said! i hope nothing ever comes back tax wise about December 2013, because without a payslip i can't prove anything! My OCD about organising my payslips has gone out the window with december being missing! :-/ oh well! Hope you guys are ok! Needed a little rant! haha xx

Hi Charlee

Think I agree they have mislaid it, but the best thing is you have your completion certificate so in the grand scheme of things one missing payslip is not that bad, if you really want it ask your payroll department for a copy it only takes a minute to run another off. You should receive your P60 shortly so payslips are irrelevant really once you receive this as this is your proof of earnings and tax and insurance paid.

Hope this helps with OCD over payslips!!

Don't FJ use electronic filing systems? We electronically file all of our incomeing and outgoping post, so that if something does get lost there is always a record of it on file.

Dear Charlee

I am sorry for the delay in getting your wage slip back to you. I’ve given the team a chase. As Melanie suggests everything we receive is scanned so even if the original has been mislaid we can always supply a copy.

Thank you

Sarah

Hi KTC14. Sorry to hear that your recovery has been slower than you'd have liked -- but it is better not to rush these things :-)

Private messages have been disabled on this forum, but if people wish to exchange email addresses admin can arrange this if all parties give permission.

Hi All - Well I have posted off to FJ the findings of my FA - so watch this space, once I have their response I can let you know whats been happening - recovery is getting there so moving in the right direction! Does anyone know how we can share our emails? I take it I can not put it on here?

Hi KTC14

Glad you're on the road to recovery, Foggy posted that admin can arrange private emails but don't know how to go about contacting admin, I don't mind you having my private email address as we seem to have been going through this together with Charlee who has now completed. Hopefully mine will completed soon and yours not long after that I agree don't post email on forum for everybody to see.
