Hi Everyone,
Just when I thought everything in my life was settling down something un-towards happens!!
There I was the weekend having a great time, my new "other half" insisted on taking me shopping (how lovely is that!!, he is soooo sweet!!). He bought me two dresses, two pairs of sandals, a lovely shirt & dress from Next and various other bits & bobs.
We rounded the trip of with a visit to the cinema to see Mama Mia - it's super and very funny.
I cooked a nice meal and we were looking forward to a trip to the Caerphilly " Big Cheese" festival on the Sunday.
Sunday came and by late Monring I was feeling very unwell - abdominal pain and soaring temperature.
To cut a long storey short by Monday I was admitted to hospital through A & E!! I've now been discharged home (they needed the bed) and have to go back if I don't keep improving. I'll be seen in two weeks and they will decide whether or not to operate.
The OH has been an absolute star and so have work,so I'm still cheerful and happy. My experiene just proves the old saying that you never know what's round the next corner, but it doesn't have to be a bad or negative experience.
I've missed you all and as I am orders to rest and take it easy I'm sure I'll be boring you all by answering lots of posts!!
I hope you are all well and happy,
Hugs,
Chardonnay

Isn't that just life? It's not possible to have everything go right! Hope you start feeling better and don't need an operation.

Your OH does sound a really wonderful man. You enjoy the pampering.

Hi Everyone,
Many thanks for the lovely posts. I am feeling quite a lot better but am having some strange reactions to the morphine based pain killers!!
The problem is that a scan done at the hospital showed a mass in my pelvis which appears to be fliud which they hope will resolve, also some of my bits in there are very swollen and one had a cyst on it - hence they want things to settle down and then they will decide whether or not I need surgery - they were going to operate on Wednesday, but changed their minds, phew!!!
I'm using my positive thinking that my friend the hypnotherapist taught me so hopefully it will turn out to be nothing serious.
Talking to, and being back amongst all of you is making me feel better faster than any pills!!! I'll let you know how things go.
I love you all,
Hugs,
Chardonnay

Doesn't sound pleasant - I hope your body manages to sort itself out before they resort to the knife!!!!!!!

Hi loubylou10,
Sorry no brother, but he does have the sweetest 16 yr old son so somewhere down the line a young girl could make herself a very fantastic catch!!
I've kissed a lot of frogs and everyone used to tell me - " You're so lovely, the right one is out there somewhere"!! I tried to beleive that, hard as it was I'm now living proof there is a special person for us all and we do find them, be patient - it's taken me 47 years!!
Sending positive vibes to you!!
Hugs,

Hi Chard, hope you are soon feeling human again. We needed you the other night, Lesley had a toe nail catastrophe and we didn't know what she should do with it. Sounded yuk! Take care of yourself. Kazzy x
