Good luck with Harry, dont forget the pet insurance. I kept on putting it off and now Cole isnt covered for the allergy.

been vets with dog tonight, they said not alot they can do for her.. he said could adv all fancy treatment but would just be icing over. He gave her a course of happy pills I think, got to take her back in 2 weks to see if cheered her up!! He said will be frustration that is getting to her!! What do you do???? Sometimes wish could wakeup or come in from work and she has gone peacefully[:(]

Congrats Skippy...Harry sounds similar to my Lexi, apart from she's a girl and VERY pregnant at the mo!!!!! Oh, I wish she would just have them, everyone in the family are watching and waiting!!!!!!lol

Angela, I'm so sorry to hear about your staffy, old age gets us all in the end. Hopefully the happy pills will make her more content amd she will be more comfortable. I had to have my dobi euthanized just over 9yrs ago and I still miss her...we have a photo of her and my youngest who is only 7 knows who she is. It makes it a little easier knowing that she didn't suffer too much in the end.

I used to have a dobi, they are fantastic, best dog ever (love staffie still)! she's had a couple of tablets.. and seems cock-a-hoop today.. well a little more spritely!!!

Skip you must be very excited, I am so sorry, I did do you a card and stuck a stamp on it but I found it in my daughters bag, she was supposed to post it.

Anyway just wanted to say good luck for tomorrow and getting Harry, I just bet you have been out to buy the pet shop today??? Yes???

Yes, I am getting excited, although a bit worried about Harry's travelling habits - I hope he's not travel sick in the back of my car!

I've been to the pet shop - he's now not bowls, toys, collar and id tag and a scratching post. Apparently he uses one in his foster home so I thought I'd try and convince him that it's a good idea to carry on here!
