oh Spanna not what we were hoping to read, but have faith they can often turn this around.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Sorry to hear that, I know how awful the waiting is and for it to be adjourned for another 2 weeks is doubly awful, especially when it's due to lack of votes and not the actual proposal itself. Am sure you will be able to get this sorted out for 2 weeks time but that's even more stress for you - stay strong.

I'm so sorry Spanna, but have faith. Johndylan's was initially rejected but Mel's team turned it around in less than a week. I'm sure it WILL happen.

Got me worried about ours though now.

we have a joint ccj who has rejected all our payment plan offers and has now rejected this - knew that was coming (he is our old landlord who put our lives in danger but court backed him unfortunately), student loans (we had to leave our uni courses early so they wanted the grants back said they will only accept at 40p in the £ which is never going to happen! were proposed 17p in the £1 x we have very many smaller debts but are quite old so not sure if we will get the votes unfortunately x not saying anything bad about Mels company at all by the way they have been brilliant but i think with us we need more than a miracle right now :( x

And mine, I've got quite a few creditors. Surely if they don't vote it's their error or does it not work like that?

If these creditors do not change their minds I hope you are both able to petition for bankruptcy without too many implications. At least the you can move forward with your heads held high and the stubborn creditors will get nothing.

You are with a great team who will keep you right.
