Well our iva was accepted with JonesGiles today and Claire did a fantastic job, there was one modification that the creditor's tried to make which could have been
quite costly, we discussed a couple of options and Claire went back and they decided to not pursue it any further.

Finding this site then the ladies at JonesGiles, Tina, Tamsyn, Claire and Susan has been a lifesaver they really are a great team, never judging you and always there to answer any questions, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU

I never thought I would be in this position but it can slowly creep up on you and you feel there is knowhere to turn, but this site and the ladies above have proved that things can get better and as from today they are.

Hi tobyb what great news, you are with a great team as I share your IP.

You're on your way to debt freedom now Toby, do keep posting and letting us know how it's going.

Enjoy the feeling of being protected now from your creditors as if they ring or write now you can safely tell them you're in an IVA. Well done once more and another great result for Mel's team. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Thanks you have all been a great help just finding that other people have the same problems and that help is out there is so comforting, so to all that post and answer you probably don't realise how much it means to us.

Tina from that first afternoon I contacted you to now been approved shows that with the right advice things can change, thanks again.
