Will this excess owing to the trustee possibly be dismissed by the courts or never will be dismissed. Even if the family has to live even further below poverty to pay the debt to the trustee????

Are you asking about paying into an Income Payments Order whilst bankrupt? If so, it's unlikely that you would have to make any payments if your income is made up of benefits.
