Just got a text message from someone I don't know, I suspect it is one of MBNA's ploys again, saying "Please call 07xxxxxxxxx, we need to speak to you today"

Have forwarded to my IP, it seems MBNA (if this is who it is, I'm reasonably sure!) are starting to get a little bit more persistent with me.

Sorry seeing the funny side of this I would be tempted to text back saying " please text me with your enquiry and I will see what I can do for you!!!!!!"

I changed my phone number at home so had no calls at home during the process was very pieceful. I would say MBNA (Virgin Credit Card) was the worst of my creditors sending letters and postcards thretening to come round to the house, but never came !!!! My IVA was approved on the 27th Dec not had no post since, its lovely !!
53 down 7 to go !!
Cant wait till December 2012

MBNA can be a right pain, some times upto 20 calls a day at one point and then when you do answer your phone to them they scream at you down the phone demanding money and dont give you chance to speak..... So I think the answer to companies like these are just to ignore them or answer and hang up on them.

It's a good idea, but unfortunately I have a pretty good feeling it's MBNA, and I have no intention in talking to them. I am half tempted to text them and ask them to call my IP as they should have now received the proposal!

Just ignore them then. They sent me a letter saying that they are aware of my IVA and tried to talk me out of it buy offering me a low interest loan.
I was told by my IP to ignore any communication off them and send all letters ect to him as my IVA meeting was only 2 weeks away.

That's exactly what my IP has told me to do.
