It was a long time ago, but I wouldn't use them again as it took them ages to sort out my claim - first of all they said they couldn't find the car(!) and then they lost my file a couple of times and I had to complain so many times.

Hopefully they've improved by now though!

To be fair the premium has gone from £350 to £560 over the 3 years but the nearest quote with 9 years no claims was a stupid £1400. So I am really pleased, I kmow its a huge increase but think it is just a sign of the times, way above inflation. We have a lot of the false staged claims in our town so it is difficult. x
