afternoon all i havent been on for a while but everything was going fine until i recieved a letter from tax credits who are doing an enquiry and want a lot of info about wages child care etc from jan 2011 until april 2011 i am struggling to get information as changed bank accounts when applying for an iva and no longer have child care to
pay out for therefore have no receipts or bank statements for old account just worried as if i cannot supply this information i will have to pay them back!! i have told them i am in an iva and if i did have an overpayment then i would struggle to pay it, i no longer receive tax credits so they cant deduct it from that im just worried as if they want hundreds of pounds from me how do i go about adding it on to my iva or will i have to pay them back seperatly and would my iva be in breach as i am showing one creditor more money!! argh.....just as i though i was sorted xx

Kyla, I notice this is a bit of an old post - did you manage to get anything sorted out?
