Seen alot of post about over payments of tax credits. My wife was surprised to see a £300 payment made today when they told us last week we were entitled to nothing further. I did double check this as well. I'm guessing this is a mistake but the OH has put it away so we don't touch it!
Should I keep pestering tax credits people or wait for them. It relates to 2010-11 tax year. Is there a cut off for them to claim back?
The road is 72months long starting September 2010.

I don't think there is a cut off with them - they wrote special laws to be able to reclaim. Leave it in the account for a while and see what happens
