Hi All,

I have just taken the first steps of taking out a IVA....god I'm so nervous!

I have been reading through this forum for the past couple of days and realised i am not the only ONE is this situation (although I've felt really alone the past couple of months)

I am relying on the IVA to avoid BR....

A BIG Welcome to the Forum Suze,

What stage of the IVA process are you at? What offer are you proposing to your creditors? If you could provide estimated debts? diposable income? this will help us to advise you further.

Hi Suze

Just wanted to say hello and welcome to this wonderful forum. You have taken the most positive step of dealing with your problem and you will find many friends here. I have just started my second year of my IVA and although I will admit it is hard, it is harder trying to juggle payments to your creditors whilst still trying to live a relatively normal life. This way, you know that you are doing your very best with regards to paying your creditors and are on the road to a fresh and credit free life!

Wishing you all the very best of luck with your IVA,

Kind regards

Liz

Hi Suze. I am in the early position of sorting out an IVA for myself as well. I too am very nervous. What position are you at? I am waiting for the forns to come to me for signature from my IP before they can be sent off to the various creditors, court, etc.

Hi Suze

I wish you all the best for your IVA proposal. I hope it all goes well for you. I am 3 months now into my IVA and it seems to be going OK so far and haven't had any grievance yet! Otherwise there would be a lot more posts from me on this web site but lots of others here have answered them for me with their posts so far.

good luck

Maz
