Hi Topper and welcome to the forum. Although the Relax group have gone into administration your IVA will carry on.

Have a read of this thread - http://www.iva.co.uk/forum/topic.asp?wh ... 190#250901

There's more information, and an email address for you to contact if you have any worries.

Hi Topper and a very warm welcome to the forum from myself too, an excellent link from Skippy that will hopefully put your mind at rest.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I am sure that the new owners of your IVA will be in touch very soon to let you know how they intend to manage your case in the future.

Your IVA will always be protected as someone will buy the client list.

Don't worry, your IVA is safe and you will be contacted by your new company soon.

this is all pretty scary. i have been in an IVA for three years. what should i do about my payments. are they protected now the company is in administration? i dont want to be paying in money when i should be setting up something else either direct with the creditor or with whoever takes over. what happens if no one takes it over!! oh dear how stressful. i thought that when the IVA had started my life could get back on track......

Your IVA and your payments are fine. Cleardebt have taken over the IVA's and will be in contact with you about this.

Continue to make the payments as you have been doing. Your IVA will continue as usual.

No, you should continue to do your yearly reviews as normal. I don't know what Cleardebt ask for, but I am sure they will be in touch with you in plenty of time to sort that out.

Don't worry Don, they are a reputable company, and Size5 who posts on here, works for them.

I've had several phonecalls today from Synergi customers. Their phone lines are down.

If you put your question in writing the administrator will be in touch to confirm the sale of the business.
Cleardebt have bought your IVAs - your Arrangement is safe.

There should be no reason why the phonelines at Syngergi should be down, as I gather it is business as normal notwithstanding that the cases are now under new ownership.

Perhaps just a glitch in the system?

I tried to speak with Synergi on Friday but their lines were down. i panicked when i read that they were in administration so e.mailed the CO of Clear Debt. had a very nice response from him confirming everything is carrying on as normal so my mind is now at rest. i cant believe that i panicked so much but he certainly put my mind at rest.
