Suspension of your Pension

Is it right that when you are in an IVA you should suspend payments to your Pension so that you can make additional payments to your IVA?

It's hard to give a definite answer to this as some people are allowed to keep their pension (I was) and others aren't. You will need to speak to your own IP.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

A lot of creditors are now requiring this for anyone under the age of £55 - but will allow a basic pension of between £50 and £70 in other cases.
