Got an email tonight with a link to a survey saying it was on behalf of my iva company.
I will check this out with them direct before I decide whether to do it or not but just wondered if anyone here knew if it was genuine or not?

Thanks in advance

I have heard the GT are doing a customer satisfaction survey at the moment.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Thanks - we're not with GT though, we're with Melanie.
Just worried it'll be some sort of scam/phishing!

I'm out of the IVA now but would have definitely completed it. Go for it nothing to lose.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Many thanks for all of your help guys. It really is helpful that we are able to get independent verification of how we are doing, and in particular the areas we need to tighten up on. Most grateful to all of you who have responded.
