Hi All

We have our creditors meeting on Thursday of next wee, it is driving me spare waiting and hoping that creditors support this time around. We are with McCambridge Duffy and cannot fault the service we received. We are offering 15p in the £ on a debt of around 61k. This is more than last time and we are really hoping this one works, we do not want BR. If it is rejected then we may have no choice.

However, the waiting is worse than last time, this I feel is because we have been knoked back once and are in the backs of our minds half expecting the same. I do not trust creditors, banks or any finance institution at all anymore.

Heres hoping

John I really feel for you and have everything crossed that things go your way on Thursday.

Mccambridge/Duffy must be confident of getting it through, and I have heard some good feedback on here about them this week so I think you are in good hands.

The time will drag - it did for mine, but hopefully this time next week you will be celebrating.

Don't forget you can have a moan on here anytime!

15p may well be more acceptable in the current climate. A lot of companies would rather take what they can rather than end up with nothing.

Good luck with the offer.
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.

I have just signed one off tonight at 17p, and will be keeping everything crossed in the hope that creditors will accept my client's offer.

Hi All

Thanks for the repys and the support, it is appreciated. Not sure why crditcrunched was edited, what did it say?

I am hopping between BR and IVA site. I am almost anticipating rejection and then will have to give serious thought to going BR, really do not want to but I do not hink we can face 20 or 30 years in a DMP. Only other choice would be to wait and try again, but how many attempts should you make before throwing in the towel?

Thanks again

John[B)]

His comments were very negative and totally inappropriate John, I won't be posting them back on here.
