Got my Electric Bill on Monday ... and according to the bill they owe me £189... so I thought nice ... just in time for Xmas and I rang them ... can I get it? Not a chance in hell...it will be carried across to the next bill, at which time, by my calculations, they will owe me £280, even after the increase. The galling thing is if I owed them they would be threatening to terminate my supply until I paid up!!!!

Have a nice day xxx

Not good Wizz and a time when we could all do with that bit extra, it's wrong when you're in credit with your money that you can't request it?

Hope you're ok not seen you around much lately x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Not good. Must admit though that my company has always paid across monies owed to me if I've asked for it.

Stand your ground and insist that you want it back.
