I likee sure deodorant too and Savers always have it cheap if Boots/Superdrug don't have an offer, I'm so sad I trawl the town on a morning looking before I buy anything to compare prices.

I agree with the feeling of fresh bedding and we are relatively lucky around here with parks etc., that aren't too far away as I often have my granddaughter (she keeps me young)!

I've got a hairdresser now who comes to the house.

I think we've all changed to fit in with our IVA or circumstance and whatever way we've done it so long as it suits us then I think we've been successful in adapting to a situation. x

I've just received my voucher of £10.00 from my Tesco Clubcard points. That means I save £10 from my weekly shop OR can have extra £10.00. Agree the clothes from Tesco are really good.

Also been saving on veg last month as my sister and I have managed to grow edible veg on our allotment that we have had since February.
We decided to cancel our gym membership and get an allotment (cost £45 per year rent compared to £32 per month for gym!!)

I always save my Tesco vouchers, and my Nectar points, until Christmas so it doesn't cost me quite so much cash wise!

To sell them would've been good but we often exchange goods as when hubby goes trout fishing with neighbour, (neighbour fillets it) I take that and we exchange for veggies and fruit and sometimes flowers, we have our own little market with no cash involved. x

Brilliant!

We live in a small cul-de-sac and often help each other out when something needs doing, and if anyone has any spare building stuff around, it's usually donated to one of the other neighbours who needs anything.

i've saved my vouchers from tesco this year and also saved the £1 stamps whenever i have had one in my purse and i'm near the machine i've got a stamp so have just over £62 in those so far it is amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it.
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.

Must admit that I don't bother with the stamps, just enjoy the vouchers, plus the ones I get doing an online survey. It all adds up for Christmas.

Do it Lesley - I fill them in all the while. It is a pain sometimes when your inbox seems to be full of them and you keep getting screened out, but you do amass those points.

I like it when I get to try out new products as well!

I saved my Tesco vouchers and had £125 this was equal to £500 is tesco deals so i took my kids to london it paid for:

two nights in novatel nr Lambeth Palace
London Zoo entrance
Tower of London entrance
enough airmiles to go on the eye
£30 off my Bella Pasta food bill
£40 off my Planet Holywood food bill.

It was a cracking weekend and my children loved it.

Unfortunatly these were saved in the days of online codes giving you extra 1000 points when you had a min spend and these codes dont seem to be around any more BOO!!

That is very good. Some of these deals where you get 4 times the value of your vouchers are not to be sniffed at.

Regards.

Hi
I always use my Tesco vouchers for deals. In the past we have been to Rome for free, Malta for a small cost. Also had caravan holidays for free. London hotel break for £40.So you can get some very good deals.
