still no paperwork from synergi

ivamole i have reported them to the ipa and they told me they can't deal with the return of money paid i have to do this by a professional and remedy through the courts obviously i haven't the fees to do this i lost 1566 to them, i am in the middle of putting the complaint together by diary as they are more intereseted in who told me i couldn't do a dmp in the first instance, i would be very grateful on any information that you have on them i know they recently changed their name, i have also a costing of what up until the proposal which is ludicrous, 9.50 for every telephone call etc
