Can you tell me what’s going on with this FDM I’ve told them to write to me and not pester me on the phone I received my completion certificate 3 years ago and SHL reclaimed all the ppl so why am I still being harassed
Because the deadline for PPI claims is approaching and PPI still belongs to the creditors, if there is any. So Aperture are making a last dirtch attempt.

Been the sane. Told them I wasn’t signing anything. 7 years since completion and 13 years since the non PPI credit card only debt. There threat is to refer me back to my IP. Well good luck with that as he now lives the good life in Monaco.
Just hope they go away after the PPI deadline.
Think it off how FDM was only set up last year as a way to separate commission from Aperture. Double dipping.
Wonder if my creditors approved the new fees. Surely the duty of trust they talk about works for them as well - don’t they have a say in what the IP deducts.
Also Is there no statute of limitation on the debts that I’ve heard nothing of for 7 years.
