Hi all. Just as promised, I thought I'd drop by to say everything is still going well, and is great to have no debts whatsoever.
Starting my Open University degree in the new year, something I never thought I'd be in a position to do, and all thanks to this forum and Melanie's fab team.
Just wanted to say to any newbies who are just starting out on this road, stick with it. It is worth the effort and you will be rewarded with a wonderful feeling of freedom at the end of the process.
It makes you value money for what it is, and although I am now debt free, I am staying very frugal (some of my friends would almost say tight!!). LOL.
Anyway, as I say, I will keep coming in here from time to time, and offer any morale support as and when needed.
Good luck to all the new starters on this journey. Believe me, from someone who has been there and done it, the journey is not rocky, and you get a real sense of purpose in life!
Now debt free after F&F in July 2012.
