Hi slapnuts2001

fully appreciate and understand yoru frustrations, but now Judiths on the case im sure it will be sorted.

please remember , if thers been a C*"k up its not Judiths fault so dont get annoyed with Judith, she's merely left to clean up after other people, but I might add she is superb at this as many other forum members will testify.

Im sure she will get things sorted for you, but remember Judith deals with problems and sometimes things can take a few days. Judith ALWAYS gets back to people so you are now in good hands.

Equally whilst im post IVA now , its good to see such an increased forum presence from DFD, looks like they are on their way back to becoming the superb organisation they were when I embarked on my IVA with them, which will be 7 years ago next month.

GULP - am i starting to run the DFD fan club ?? not sure about that but im happy to run Judiths, as she helped me no end in the latter days
Last payment made April 2012
Certificate received 1st Nov 2012

Hi Slapnuts, I totally agree with 12 months to go Judith is superb it has to be said. I too was in the same boat as yourself with fees being paid to that dreadful company for a claim I did myself, I did get them back though, so hopefully that will also happen. I know exactly how you feel, I had a debt of £36000, PPI refunds of £33000, paid in £30500 myself, I saw £2500 of it!!! over a third of that went on fees!!!.

Do keep chasing them and check everything I have recently received a statement from Max recovery who have been overpaid and showing a positive balance, not a vast amount but nevertheless they shouldn't have it, I have now had to write to them to get this back, shoddy work.

Good luck, hopefully things will now get moving, i'm a little concerned though that although we have forum posters from DFD, there does seem to be a plethora of them now, let's hope nothing gets lost in the translation of things between departments.
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.

Can I say how nice it is to see that Judith has finally popped up onto the forum to receive the credit she rightfully deserves for sorting out so many DFD client complaints since Declan left for pastures new.

A warm welcome to you Judith - and well done to DFD for a robust forum presence now - I think you are up to five representatives now at the last count!

I have a sneaky feeling Melanie that this is something to do with Antoinette having been given the helm at DFD and it is lovely to see Judith and put a face to the name of whom I exchanged so many emails and helped me get my completion certificate.

A very big welcome to the forum Judith.

Antoinette certainly was adamant that there would be a presence on the forum, as she understands how poor publicity can affect the image of their firm, and she also cares about each one of those clients who are in IVAs with DTD. You could be right about her influence, and I think it is great to have another large firm with representatives to assist with their clients' enquiries.
