Hi people,
Well the pressure is on sleepless nights phone calls by the million so had a serious sit down with the wife drew up a debt plan checked some info out on various sites which led me here and to checking out an IVA have filled in the info via a link from here and at this present time am being considered for an IVA after a very good telephone conversation with this company. The information was really helpful despite the wife and I feeling totally useless with all these calls. Still thats all in the past I hope and the only way is up.
Can I say if you are reading this and have suffered all the effects then phone up and get your mind put at rest it does make sense and at least I am begining to feel human again.

That is great advice Razorback - the first step is always the hardest, but when you know that someone else is helping you to deal with the problem then you can concentrate on the future.

Good luck with the process, and keep us informed with progress.

Hi razorback
All the best, I remember the feeling of relief when we rang our company and started the process. You sit for so long knowing that you have to deal with things and then when you do you wonder why you left it so long.
Keep us informed of how you are doing and ask any questions you may have you will always get an answer.

hi razorback,
Iremember that feeling so well, you think no one can help you and your the only one in this mess ,buy once that phonecall is made your on the way to finding a solution, everyone on this site has been so kind and helpful you can ask any questions as silly as they may seem and someone will answer you im 3 months into my Iva and even though it is hard its so much better than before, id neva have believed i could have gone 5 months so far without having to use a credit card its a new way of life and i know that when the odd hiccup happens someone here will listen to my moans.

Hi Razorback,

I am currently going through the IVA process and hopefully will have my proposal ready to view this week, and even though I am not quite out of the woods yet, I am starting to feel I have some control back in my life, something I havent felt for a long time. It is quite a relief to know there is light at the end of the tunnel after worrying for so long about my debts.
This site is fabulous, I have learnt more here than on any other and the support form the members is fantastic. Ask as many questions as you need too, there is always someone who can answer them.

Good luck

Pippa
