Yesterday there was limited but enthusiastic talk about a new sub section being added to the site where any threads could be posted for sports discussion and appreciation, anyone else interested??
If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else’s, we’d grab ours back.

I think it's a good idea Andy and I'm think that by having a sub section it will enable those who don't like sport to not to be bothered with posts about something that doesn't interest them.

Any posts could just be marked up as sports related so people dont need to open threads they dont want to. A simple (SR) on a thread would keep the non sporty likers away. Saves having a sub section.

Another forum I frequent have an Idle chat sub section that some don't bother to read as the posts there are not related to the subject of the forum. Sports posts could be marked SR I agree. x

I always have the top 250 posts open so it will show up in there anyway. I always read the threads even I don't actively participate in them.

Have to keep an eye on 'em to get rid of the spammers!

I'm sure that anyone who posts on the forum in the friends section to do with sports will have their threads looked at and answered to if necessary.
