Thanks kallis3 I just hope i'm not the one Melanie can't fix! But yeah i'm quite positive now (i have to be) and already can think of a few things that will help with my outgoings like extending my mortgage term etc from the 18 years left back up to 25 or 30 years. I'm still only 34 so that isn't the end of the world.

Hi evetone. Just letting you know that i met with Melanie today and as most of you know she is a wonderfull lady. I don't feel like such an idiot now and i am quite hopefull that i can turn this around. I will keep you all posted. Thanks again Melanie and to all you guys for your support.
