If CF have 2500 IVAs on the go as I have read, how can they possibly hope that one IP can oversee the whole lot effectively and accurately? I cannot see any evidence for more than one IP but maybe I am wrong. No wonder everything is a mess. They are still advertising for case workers too (bright recent graduates lol, not people with life experience then)
