What is the matter with you philistines? The jelly is the best bit!!! Very rare to see a real pork pie now.
My uncle was a butcher and i used to help him make pork pie and sausage when i was a kid.
Cheese is my downfall, stronger the better, the kind that numbs the roof of your mouth.
And Jan, right this minute, with all the other carp going on, i would eat my cats litter tray for a smoke!

Nooo!!!! I've never been that desperate for a ciggie!

What I used to love as a kid was raw sausagemeat! Mum always used to save me a link so I could eat it before it was cooked and it was great! Never did me any harm either!

I love most cheeses as well - particularly fond of blue cheese.

Cheese is the best. I can't even have it in the house or I just wolf it down. I can eat a family size block of cheddar and a jar of pickled onions in a single evening's grazing session! My favourite is an oozy Camembert or Brie.

I'm not sure I'm so keen on raw sausages - most people think i'm wierd for liking my sausages 'rare'.

Strangely enough, if I have sausage cooked then it has to be cremated!!!

I love onions, pickled, fried, raw I can eat them anyway.

Love raw sausage, and raw bacon, ate it loads as a kid, and dripping. Toast, dripping with loads if salt, and still alive to tell the tale, ox tongue, hazelet, brawn.
Kids dont know what they are missing.
Broke, your post reminded me of the Pythons cheese shop sketch, "do you have any cheese or not?"

Hmmmm Black bomber is amazing cheese!! I love all cheese but this I cannot resist. Also I am with everyone in regards to no jelly on my pork pie but thats ok as mum makes a lush pork pie WITHOUT jelly!! Hmm, its nearly lunchtime and I am hungry after reading all these posts about food!

I'm not a cheese lover, I'm so fussy, I'm always envious of those who eat anything x

I love cheese but unfortunately it doesn't always agree with me and I end up feeling sick. I still eat it now and then though!

I seem to be ok eating brie so I usually stick to that, but I also like Ginger Spice cheese
