Its been a long road but finally getting to the end. We had to do another year because we couldn't re-morgage, its a part ownership home. We have 2 IVA payments left and then we are clear.Should have been just 1 payment left, this is now my ranting bit. I went onto monthly pay so moved the payment from the end of the month to the beginning, the money is there then. Anyway the bank didn't move the payment forward they moved it back. We never spotted it till the yearly review came in. But we spoke to our I.P and he was happy to let us just catch up at the end. So all being well, April is the last one.

Its hard but worth it in the end. I have friends who have gone bankrupt, they don't know we are in an IVA. I can understand why some people go the bankruptcy route, but i have to admit we have the satisfaction and smile knowing we have paid most of our debt of.
