Thanks everyone. I'm glad thats over with. I have to sign on every 2 weeks and apply for 2 jobs a week. Went from there to the doctors and she has given me some lovely sleeping tablets. I haven't had a good nights sleep since I was sacked.

I hope you get a good nights sleep, try not to rely on the tablets though. They may not be the same type anymore as this as many years ago but my mum became quite dependant on them.
As I say this was over 20 years ago, so have no idea if the new type have this risk.
You really have had a cr*p time lately and I hope for much better times ahead for you,
