Oh well I have to go to the Jobcentre tomorrow at 3.10 for my Jobseeker allowance meeting. Will find out if I can get benefit. Think I should be able to.

Very nervous about it as I haven't had to sign on since about 1992.

Good luck[:D]

When hubby tried to claim last year, he had to go for an interview, phone the benefits line from in there, then they sent out the forms which needed completing to finish the application.
It's nice to be back......

I did the form on line then someone phoned me to arrange a phone interview. At the phone interview they made the appointment for me to see an advisor to finish the form and sign it.

I need to take the letter from work dismissing me which is the worst part. At least the letter doesn't have the word dishonest in it.

It's changed again then, lol
Sounds as if you have it more or less sorted, don't worry about the letter, all they want is proof that you're not working now.
Good luck,
xx
