Hi I made my last payment in to my IVA in nov 2012 and received my closure certificate on the 8th nov 2013 so 6years all together, have just looked on the insolvency registry and I am still on that, how long is it before that comes off and should I send copy's to the credit reference now or when my name has come off the Insolvency registry.

I wouldn't worry to much, sometimes it's really quick but had a feeling IVA after a certain date could stay on for three months all gets a bit grainy three years on. However as six years has clicked by once removed from the IR you should see your CR sorted fairly rapid.. Oh and don't be surprised if you have a high credit score at the end of it

I'd get statutory reports now (call credit for free on noddle and £2 each for experian and Equifax), you may find its marked as completed already, but you also want to check default dates (should be iva start date). Everything will drop off after 6 years, as long as its been correctly recorded
