Payplan query. I have recently logged into my payplanplus account and a message came up saying I am behind on my payments. This is of course not true as I have never missed a payment. Has anyone else with payplan had this.

No one from payplan has contacted me. Should I just accept it as a computer error.

Its just an extremely shocking message to read especially when I know my payments are up to date.

Many thanks

Hi there,

It most likely is an error, however I would give them a quick call and ask them to confirm the mistake and rectify the system.

I had something similar with them a few years ago and contacted my case handler who confirmed there weren't any problems with payments.

You can always back it up with bank statements or check dates of the payments in your Payplanplus account and they should all tally.

Personally I would want written confirmation that this is an error.

I wouldn't want you to find that it has been decided to increase your payments and you start unknowingly building up arrears.
