hi there advice needed ,when i put forward my income to my iva provider should i have left out my child benifit or included it.
i know i might be a pain here but i am drowning and my ip company is ringing me to discuss it
Hi
Child benefit is included in an IVA calculation,as is all income.
Work out a fresh income and expenditure with your IP and see if the payments can be lowered
Regards
i left out my child benefit, purely by accident and not on purpose, but i think over time it would have been questioned, so the best policy is to show everything and then it makes it easier for your IP to do the best for you and your creditors
Yes - Andy is correct. Child benefit does need to be included, as do tax credits and any other benefits you receive, in order to correctly calculate your disposable income.
