I've quite openly said if my IVA isn't accepted I'd go Bankrupt on the forum, I've said it on the phone to creditors when they've asked how I will proceed if IVA fails, I've conplained about companies harassing me by phone on the forum, but I've also written to them compalining about this. At the end of the day everything I've said is true, if creditors read this and use it against me then so be it. What will be will be.
