Selling some items on EBay. Been told I need to declare this to the IP ?

Im on a IVA with 18 payments left to pay...Decided to sell some items I collected over the years on Ebay, been told I need to declare this to the IP as its classed as income..surely not?
IVA complete March 2014 after 6 years.

It really depends upon the level of sales you are expectimg to make. If you are just selling personal items, which are probably excluded from your IVA in any case, then there should be no need to declare them - but do check with your own IP if you are unsure.
